    How can I book a transfer to the Heraklion Airport?

    Where will the driver be waiting for me?

    At Heraklion Airport: the driver will wait in the arrivals hall, just after luggage pick up.
    At Port: the driver will wait in the arrivals, few meters from the ship.
    At Hotels and apartments: the driver will wait outside the building. If it's possible to park, the driver may wait at reception.
    The driver will always wait with a sign bearing your name.

    What do I do if my flight is delayed?

    Why do I have to indicate my email and my mobile phone in the reservation form?

    Our system will confirm you the service by sending an email with your travel details and additional useful information for you.     Can I cancel my airport transfer booking?

    We're sorry to hear that your plans have changed. Cancellations made 48 hours before the collection time are fully refundable. Please contact our support service through a communication channel convenient for you.

    Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?

    Yes. Your credit card details aren't introduced until the very last step of the booking process, at which point you'll be redirected to a completely secure bank server where you carry out your payment. Knossos Taxi never has access nor does it store in its databases your details, so you don't run any risk.

    Can I bring extra baggage, sports equipment or does this take up too much space?

    In our booking process you have the option of indicating if you have any special needs during your trip. If your extra baggage doesn't appear with the vehicle you've chosen or the option doesn't exist, please indicate your requirements in the comments of your booking. We'll look for the best solution and get back to you within one working day.

    I need a receipt/invoice of the contracted services. Can you provide it for me after the booking's been carried out?

    Yes. Please request your invoice by email at info@cretataxi.com and you will receive the receipt corresponding to your booking.
